Our Team
Yvette Golla
After decades leading sales and business development in the federal contracting world, I’ve learned that confidence, clarity, and resilience aren’t optional, they’re the foundation of meaningful leadership. Today, as President of The Guardiant Group, I help high achievers cultivate those qualities from the inside out. As a Jay Shetty Certified Coach and NLP practitioner, I work with executives, rising leaders, top salespeople, college students stepping into their future, and veterans transitioning into civilian leadership.
My mission is simple: help you become the version of yourself you know you’re capable of becoming.
What We Build Together

• Leadership presence that earns trust and inspires action
• Career transitions that feel aligned and empowering
• Habits and emotional intelligence that fuel long‑term success
• A clear path and the accountability to achieve your biggest goals
At home, I’m a wife, mom of two, traveler, volunteer, and devoted dog‑walker to Coco my daily reminder to slow down and enjoy the journey. --
