Cancellation Policy

Guardiant Group offers both complimentary consultations and paid coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs. By booking a session or service, you agree to the following terms. Free Consultations: Complimentary consultations are intended to explore your goals, assess fit, and determine the most appropriate service or program. These sessions are non-binding and do not guarantee ongoing services. Paid Services: All paid coaching sessions, workshops, and programs must be scheduled in advance. Payment is required prior to the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee. Workshops & Programs: For group workshops or multi-session programs, specific terms—including payment schedules, attendance expectations, and refund policies—will be outlined at the time of registration or agreement. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and actively participating. Results depend on individual effort, engagement, and application of the material. Changes to Bookings: Guardiant Group reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions when necessary. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
